Welcome to JRNY Travel Club - where everyone is a VIP! Thank you so much for trusting us with your luxury travel needs. We greatly appreciate your business & support of our small (boutique) luxury travel house. We’re excited for you to become a Member of our prestigious club, and to look forward to getting started on your next JRNY and many JRNY’s to come!

Before we do, it is important to us that you understand how our Luxury Travel Members Club works. 

We have long-standing relationships with the best boutique & luxury hotels around the world, and work with a curated collection of properties - many of our partners can be found on our website & Instagram. Through our relationships we are able to get our Members amazing deals, such as discounts & other VIP perks (like complimentary upgrades, welcome amenities, discounted resort fees, complimentary breakfast, etc) to personalize your stay. These perks are always custom to your needs, the hotel, and their current availability/ demand. We negotiate hard to ensure that our clients are taken care of ☺ 

We also offer full-service travel planning to include access to the best restaurants, activities, yachts, transportation, homes, etc. 

The best part is that we know and have partnerships with all of the best spots around the world, negotiate perks for our Members, and do all of the work/ planning for you! We are the middleman between you and our hospitality partners (please do NOT reach out directly - this GREATLY hinders the deals that we are able to obtain, and it is our job to work directly with our partners). Our services include advising, sourcing, negotiating, and booking + you must be a member to obtain these services. 

PLEASE NOTE: every hotel is different in terms of what perks can be obtained. Additionally, high demand destinations, busy dates, and guestroom availability all are factored into what types of value-adds can be secured, and no specific savings/ perks/ discounts, etc. are guaranteed. For instance, a popular hotel may be almost sold out during their peak season, and in that situation, they may not be able to offer a discount. Finally, our discounts are based off of the Best Available Rate on the hotel’s website. This is their best offer without restrictions (ie having to do prepayment, or the reservation being non-cancellable). There may be separate promos the hotel is offering (usually with restrictions), and we can book those promos for you and typically always include our other JRNY signature perks. 

IMPORTANT CLUB, MEMBERSHIP, AND BOOKING NOTES:

  • it is FREE to sign up for our luxury travel members club if you want to pay for your membership as you go vs selecting our annual membership! With this option, you will only incur membership dues when you begin booking trips

  • JRNY Travel Club is a membership - not an a la carte service. Signing our terms confirms our partnership, therefore grants you access to our exclusive perks, and it is to be expected that all luxury travels will be booked through JRNY Travel (unless of nuances/ one-off’s – ie booking into an existing wedding room block, work trips, etc). Failure to adhere to partnership may result in removal from club, forfeiture of reservations, and no refunds.

  • Our offices are open business hours M – F. JRNY Travel & hotel Sales teams do not work after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays. JRNY Travel additionally has Summer Friday’s + Winter Break Christmas Eve - New Years Day

Inside you will find:

  • how the club works, membership options, and inclusions

  • breakdown of membership dues + booking fees (JRNY Travel Club + Supper Club menus)

  • credit card authorization form in which we will keep on file so that we can charge any potential JRNY charges, and so that we can personally fill out your hotel credit card authorization forms for all trips so that bookings are easy! 

Once you sign this document (therefore agreeing to our T&C’s) + make an account you will officially become a VIP Member of JRNY Travel Club.

Hotel Booking Fees

Membership Dues:

Basic - $50 membership per reservation 

Elite - $1,000 annual membership for unlimited reservations + all booking fees waived*

Additional Bid Fee:

If you would like to see more hotel bids, there is a $50 additional bid fee per hotel for us to source + negotiate additional bids. 

 

Rush Fee (one-time fee per trip): 

If your trip is within 3 weeks there is a $50 rush booking fee per trip to prioritize your needs. 

International Fee (one-time fee per trip): 

If your travel is outside of the US, there is a $50 international fee per trip to account for the additional time required due to time-zone differences/ working outside of business hours, language barriers, additional follow ups required, etc.  

No-Book Fee:

If you end up not confirming a reservation we source, we have a $50 no-book fee per hotel sourced to compensate for our time.

Cancellation Fee:

If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, we have a cancellation fee of 10% the gross total room revenue (total net room rate excluding taxes/ fees x # nights of booking) per reservation to compensate us for our time. 

Instagram Story Fee (one-time fee per hotel/ restaurant/ activity): 

As a professional courtesy, we ask that you tag us in ALL Instagram stories + feed posts at hotels/ restaurants etc. that we book during your travels so that we can share everything (we want to repost it all!). This not only helps market our company and services, but is the only way that we can display our work. Your content gives us the opportunity to showcase our amazing partners & the travels that we have set up for our Members! 

Required:

  • Please tag @jrnytravel + @cguillory (required on screen)

    • post at least 2 stories (the minimum requirement) per hotel

    • post at least 1 story (the minimum requirement) per restaurant/ activity/ concierge element

Failure to post at least 2 stories per hotel reservation or 1 per concierge reservation and tag both @jrnytravel + @cguillory will result in a $50 no-tag fee for each reservation. Please ensure that you have story sharing set up. 

Not required but appreciated:

  • Please follow @jrnytravel + @cguillory 

  • Please tag us in EVERYTHING we set up (you may pull tags off screen for anything beyond requirements if you’d like)

  • We’d love for you to use our JRNYS filter on these stories (and in your everyday life, as well!). Instructions can be found on @jrnytravel’s Instagram

  • If you post any feed posts at the hotel, please tag @jrnytravel (you may also use #jrnytravel + #jrnys)

  • Tag the hotels/ restaurants etc. in your stories/ feed pictures, too!
