MEMBERSHIP

By agreeing to and signing our our Travel Club T&C's, member understands they have entered into a partnership with JRNY Travel to access our services. Professional services offered in Membership may include advising, sourcing, negotiating, and booking. Through use of our services and Membership, we save our members time and money by leveraging our hospitality partnerships, negotiating exclusive deals, handling planning/ coordination on your behalf, and more. Agreement shall commence per the details outlined and agreed to in Member's signed JRNY Travel Club T&C's and Credit Card Authorization Form. Up to date T&C's and costs for our services may always be viewed on our website. Any changes will be emailed to members with written notice, and continued use of membership acknowledges acceptance of any updates. 


Part of the membership signup process is making an account on our website and subscribing to emails, and it is member’s responsibility to create an account via the pop up on our website. Once successfully completed, we immediately send you a recap of our T&C’s (which included any costs, how it works, etc). As mentioned, we also send any updates to our T&C’s here, which are applicable for all members and for any needs we work on. If you have not made an account/ subscribed to our emails please ensure you have done so at jrny-travel.com as it is the responsibility of the member to both read the T&C’s before signing and create an account (and read any updates that we may email out). 


Access to membership begins upon signature of Travel Club Terms & Conditions and Credit Card Authorization. Services are deemed rendered any time member requests for JRNY Travel to begin working on travel needs. Costs outlined in signed T&C's are to be paid to JRNY Travel regardless of the status of travels (ie booked, not booked, or canceled, for any reason) so that JRNY Travel is properly compensated for our time and services, and all applicable fees are to be paid, are non-negotiable, and non-refundable, no matter the savings/ value negotiated on bookings, outcome of bookings, etc.


We make our Basic Membership easy, as you only pay as you travel, and are only invoiced as you have us work on travel needs for you! Please note, we will soon be rolling out an additional Elite Membership which will be an annual membership that you pay for once a year for unlimited travels (additional costs may apply for any bookings not actualized or not tagged) - more info to come, and members will be given the opportunity to upgrade their membership should they please. 


T&C’S + COSTS FOR OUR SERVICES


Costs for our professional services (membership dues and booking fees) are outlined in your signed JRNY Travel Club Terms & Conditions. As with any agreement, it is the responsibility of the member to read our T&C’s prior to signing, and for the Member to ask our Sales team (their Luxury Travel Advisor) any questions they may have in regards to how our services and/ or pricing work, if applicable. The Travel Club T&C’s/ costs are also emailed to the member when they make an account and sign up with their email, and additionally may be viewed on our website at any time. T&C’s and costs for our services may be updated at any time and member will be sent an email with notice, and continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any such changes.


As outlined in our T&C’s, costs for our professional services apply to any needs that you request your Luxury Travel Advisor work on, whether you book or not. Membership dues and booking fees are to properly compensate your Luxury Travel Advisor for their time and professional services. Any time you request our services (which may include advising, sourcing, negotiating, booking) and for our team to work on a need, your request will yield the appropriate costs for our services (membership dues per reservation, and any booking fees, if applicable). If you do not secure a reservation you have our team work on and the reservation does not actualize for any reason, there is an additional no-book fee for not moving forward with your request, or an additional cancellation fee if you do book and cancel your reservation. Costs are applicable no matter the outcome (status of booking, savings, etc) as no specific results are guaranteed and every booking is unique.


Member understands that all sales are final and no refunds are permitted. 


Please note that our member dues and booking fees are non-negotiable, however in certain scenarios we may be willing to make a one-time exception for select members on a case-by-case basis, based on the situation and our partnership (ie how often member books with us, referrals member has sent for new members that have successfully booked with us, member’s support on social media, purchases from our online shoppe, etc), but please understand that no exceptions are to be expected nor are guaranteed. Any requests for exceptions will be reviewed and need to be approved by our Sales team (your Luxury Travel Advisor), as your Luxury Travel Advisor is directly compensated on the needs they work on for our members. Please note that should we agree to a one-time exception, JRNY Travel will need something mutually beneficial in return for the one-time exception. If you would like to request a one-time exception, please email memberships@jrnytravel.com immediately so that our team has sufficient time to sort out a possible final solution by Friday, June 30 at 12 PM PST at the latest. 


However, if member did not post/ tag 2 stories per hotel reservation/ 1 story per concierge reservation, we will gladly waive the no tag fee should member post/ tag the requirements listed in the Travel Club T&C’s and reminded of when reservation confirmation is sent. Please email memberships@jrnytravel.com immediately to notify us if you will be posting/ tagging, and if your Instagram account is private please also send your handle so we can follow you and repost, as we do not get notified of tags from accounts we do not follow. Once we have been notified that member has sufficiently posted/ tagged, we will update member’s invoice accordingly. 


If your Luxury Travel Advisor went above and beyond and made exceptional magic happen, or if you enjoyed a fabulous stay because of our services, you may leave them a tip as you please. Please note that tips are not expected, but are greatly appreciated by your Luxury Travel Advisor. 

CARD ON FILE + AUTHORIZED PAYMENT

Member has authorized the card on file to be charged for all reservations booked by JRNY Travel and for any applicable JRNY Travel Club membership dues and booking fees. 


If you would like to pay on your own with a different card than provided and authorized, you may do so. Member may select to leave their card on file with our payment processor, which is advised if the card you have provided us has expired or is no longer the card you will be using for JRNY Travel Club, but if you would like that to be the card that we keep on file and use for your reservations and our services moving forward, we will also need a revised credit card authorization form to be put on file.

Any card that JRNY has on file that has expired must be updated (even for members that have paid on their own with a different form of payment), as we always need to have a valid form of payment on file

If your invoice is not manually paid by the due date then we will automatically charge the card on file that you have authorized. 


If you have any issues with us charging the card on file after the due date, please urgently write to us at memberships@jrnytravel.com so that we can speak before the due date. Should you not manually pay on your own by Friday, June 30 at 12 PM PST, nor inform us of any issues with charging the card on file, or should member not notify us of such change request for the card on file via email to memberships@jrnytravel.com prior to June 30 at 12 PM PST, member certifies that the card on file is still valid and able to be charged, they have no issues with the card on file being charged, and member is advising us that you accept/ agree for the card on file to be charged.


Member understands that if there are any issues with the card on file and payment does not go through for any reason, we will need the issue to be remedied immediately, and payment completed by due date.


If your cc is expired, your card has been lost or stolen, or you have canceled your card we require to have a valid form of payment on file


Member must notify JRNY Travel of any possible billing discrepancies by means of email immediately upon invoice and remedied (if applicable) by due date. 

Should member not pay their invoice by Friday, June 30 at 12 PM PST, JRNY Travel will charge the card on file, as member has authorized JRNY Travel to keep their card on file and charge any member dues/ booking fees. If payment does not go through via the card on file for any reason, member is required to rectify the situation by the end of the day on Friday, June 30.
