TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Elite membership applies to new bookings only, from the time of payment (any past membership costs apply to prior reservations, if applicable)
• All sales have a 3.5% processing fee in order to use our secure payment processor
• All sales are final and no refunds are permitted
• Membership will automatically renew on autopay each year from start date
• Elite Membership must be cancelled or changed to Basic Membership in writing via email to memberships@jrnytravel.com no later than 7 days prior to Elite Membership renewal in order to avoid autopay
• Any outstanding payments (additional fees, if applicable, etc) must be paid for any needs per the agreed to Travel Club Service Agreement T&C's whether membership is cancelled or changed for any bookings worked on by JRNY prior to written notice to change or cancel membership. Membership may only be cancelled once any outstanding invoices have been paid
• By opting into Elite Membership autopay and putting CC on file, fixed recurring membership payment will be automatically charged on a set schedule on the annual renewal date/ due date, and any additional fees (if applicable) may be billed and automatically charged with receipt sent to the card on file
• Any changes to credit card on file with JRNY Travel need to be submitted to us immediately via CC auth as we must always have a valid CC on file, and no later than 7 days prior to annual membership due date to avoid a service fee
• Any invoices not paid by due date for any reason (late payment, issues with card, etc) that are late and need to be manually charged to a new form of payment, if applicable, are subject to a 15% service fee
• Member understands they are responsible for reading and understanding Travel Club T&C's and any policies, costs for memberships and services, etc
• Costs for membership is to obtain access to our travel advising, design, and booking services, and all offers are unique to the individual needs with various factors based on hotel, destination, dates, demand, when booking, etc, and no specific results should be expected
• If member has any questions, concerns, or issues about membership or details outlined, all membership communication must be send to memberships@jrnytravel.com
By agreeing to our Travel Club T&C's, member understands they have entered into an official partnership with JRNY Travel to access our Travel Club services. Member has hired JRNY Travel as their exclusive luxury travel planner and will book all luxury travels and events with JRNY Travel. Professional services included in Elite Membership include but are not limited to advising, sourcing, negotiating, and booking/ contracting. Through use of our services and Elite Membership, we save our members time and money by leveraging our hospitality partnerships, negotiating exclusive deals, handling planning/ coordination on your behalf, and more. Agreement shall commence per the details outlined and agreed to in Member's signed JRNY Travel Club T&C's and Credit Card Authorization Form. Up to date T&C's may always be viewed on our website.
Member has authorized to keep their card on file, which includes opting into autopay for Member's annual recurring Elite Membership, and has agreed to be automatically charged for their membership and any additional fees, if applicable. Member will receive a receipt of any charges with appropriate line items and description for their records.
Services are deemed rendered when access to membership begins, upon signature of Travel Club T&C's and CC Authorization. Costs outlined in signed T&C's are to be paid to JRNY Travel regardless of the status of travels (ie booked, not booked, or cancelled, for any reason) so that JRNY Travel is properly compensated for our time and services, and all applicable fees to be paid no matter the savings/ value negotiated on bookings, outcome of bookings, usage of membership, etc.
